Youth Consortium
The Riverside County Youth Opportunities Consortium was formed to bring together the lead agencies of the Youth Opportunity Center partnerships. Bi-weekly meetings are held to facilitate training, share best practices and leverage resources. The Consortium developed an action plan to raise additional financial support, build new partnerships and increase community involvement to offset recent WIA funding cuts and broaden services beyond WIA eligible youth.
