The Rubidoux Youth Consortium is a large gathering of Agencies, School Districts, Community Based Organizations, Private Businesses, and other caring community partners united together for the common good and development of youth.

Our Goal is to create a system of services to meet the education, employment and development needs of youth in Riverside County.

We offer Programs such as:

• Tutoring Study Skills Training
• Summer Employment Opportunities
• Paid and Unpaid Work Experience
• Adult Mentoring
• Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling, and much more

• Youth Ages 14-21
• U.S. Citizen or Eligible Non-Citizen
• Riverside County Resident
• Self Motivated Individual
• Low Income
• Lead Agency: YMCA
