The Economic Development Agency (EDA) is dedicated to providing business assistance programs to ease your move or expansion in Riverside County. Through economic development, redevelopment, community development and housing, EDA can meet all your business needs. Additionally, EDA provides incentives for businesses, which include the following:

Fast Track Program
Qualified industrial and commercial developments receive personalized assistance and priority processing to accelerate land-use and building permits so that proposals receive approval in as little as six weeks.

Redevelopment Project Areas
County specified project areas offer tax reimbursements, credit enhancement, financing for land acquisition or payment of fees, and construction of public improvements.

Financing
To carry out the Economic Development Agency's mission to improve the local economy, Riverside County offers low-cost, long-term financing to qualified businesses expanding, upgrading existing facilities or relocating their facilities to Riverside County.  For information on the various types of financing select from the categories below.
